Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati (1901-1925) was a young Italian who was a man of faith, conviction, and filled with love for God. He loved to play sports, spend time with his friends, and lived to serve others. His faith was rooted in the Eucharist and helping the poor. Although he died at 24, he was a model of great holiness. His prayer life, driven by a great love of Jesus and Mary, was centered on a call to action - radically changing the world – through simple acts of charity.
